Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a Quality Document Control Specialist to manage and maintain all QC documentation, drawings, inspection records, logs, and controlled procedures.

You will ensure documents are current, properly tracked, distributed, and compliant with company and regulatory standards. The role requires 3–5 years in document control or quality in a manufacturing environment, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP/document management systems.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in document control, quality, or administrative support in manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/document management systems.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (basic level).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update document control logs inspection logs, calibration logs.
• Track document revision history and ensure version control across all QC documentation.
• Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems for QC records.
• Ensure all controlled documents are up to date and accessible to relevant personnel.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and QC teams to process document change requests (ECRs/ECOs).
• Scan, upload, and back up completed inspection records and quality documents.
• Support internal and external audits by retrieving requested documentation quickly and accurately.
• Verify completeness and accuracy of QC paperwork (inspection reports, certificates of conformance, test data sheets).
• Maintain confidentiality and security of proprietary drawings and quality records.
• Assist in developing and improving document control procedures and filing systems.
