Job summary

G&W Electric is seeking a Production Inspector to ensure component parts and finished products meet ISO standards and production controls. The role includes training teammates, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation of non-conformances.

Candidate should have a High School diploma or GED and ideally 1–3 years in a manufacturing setting, with ability to read drawings and operate MS Word/Excel; ERP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or GED.
• Ideally 1–3 years in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings/schematics/bills of materials.

Responsibilities

• Perform final inspection on switches and parts.
• Train production personnel in process control methods.
• Prepare reports for findings and enter NCRs.
