Job summary

SITE Staffing Inc. is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the laboratory quality system with a primary focus on ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation.

This is a hands-on role that partners with operations, engineering and leadership to embed quality into daily processes and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a laboratory quality system under ISO/IEC 17025.
• Direct experience with A2LA or equivalent accreditation bodies, including audit management.
• Demonstrated ownership of CAPA processes, including root cause analysis and resolution.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and industry standards (aerospace, automotive, defense).
• Excellent documentation and document control discipline.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to operate independently and take ownership in a small-company environment.

Responsibilities

• Quality System & Accreditation Management: Lead and maintain the laboratory quality management system in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025.
• CAPA & Compliance: Own the full corrective and preventive action (CAPA) process from investigation through resolution.
• Standards & Industry Requirements: Interpret and apply customer and industry requirements, including aerospace, automotive, and defense standards.
• Documentation & Process Control: Establish and maintain robust document control systems and record-keeping practices.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Partner with lab technicians, engineers, and leadership to drive quality initiatives.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by proactively identifying opportunities to enhance systems and processes.
• NADCAP & Audits: Leverage NADCAP knowledge to strengthen compliance and processes.
