Job summary

Onsite Personnel LLC in New Jersey seeks a Compliance Manager to lead and improve the company's QMS across domestic and international sites. You will implement ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 9001:2015, oversee calibration and metrology activities, and manage a small team of quality personnel.

You will conduct internal and supplier audits, host inspections, and develop uncertainty budgets and SOPs for calibration processes. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years in related field.
• ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 9001:2015 experience.
• Experience in calibration and metrology for force/torque and pressure.
• Experience supervising and managing personnel (3+ years).
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement and improve QMSs including ISO standards for domestic and international sites.
• Manage quality issues and customer complaints; conduct root-cause analysis.
• Conduct internal and supplier audits; host UL/ETL inspections.
• Coordinate with Calibration Lab Managers; audit calibration activities.
• Develop uncertainty budgets; maintain proficiency tests.
• Develop procedures for calibration asset management software.
• Provide training on QMSs and leadership to departments.
• Report KPIs across departments.
