Accredited Labs is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to oversee the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 QMS across 10–12 laboratories. This remote role covers the Eastern U.S. with travel support, ensuring compliance, consistency, and quality across a growing lab network.

The position emphasizes leadership in audits, accreditation activities, and continuous improvement, enabling integration of newly acquired labs into the QMS while upholding high technical standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and internal quality requirements.
• Experience with accrediting bodies such as A2LA or ANAB.
• 5+ years in a commercial accredited calibration lab environment.
• Experience supporting or leading internal audits and external assessments.

Responsabilités

• Ensure ISO/IEC 17025:2017 compliance and internal requirements.
• Prepare for internal audits and external accreditation assessments (A2LA, ANAB).
• Serve as a liaison with accrediting bodies.
• Oversee corrective actions, nonconformances, and customer complaints across locations.
• Provide quality oversight for 10-12 laboratories.
• Drive procedural consistency across sites.
