Job summary

Clayton Supply is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to oversee environmental, health and safety programs for the home-building facility. You will identify hazards, reduce accidents, and drive compliance while collaborating with plant leadership and the Home Office EHS Director to improve environmental and safety practices.

The role demands strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to implement training and OSHA reporting across multiple teams and shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (4+ years) in Environmental Studies or related field.
• 3-5 years of related experience.
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of EPA/OSHA practices and programs.
• Experience in safety culture and industrial environment.
• Excellent presentation and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain environmental compliance records (stormwater, air permitting, etc.)
• Lead ISO coordination and EMS activities with site teams
• Manage OSHA 300 log, injury/illness investigations and return-to-work
• Coordinate training programs and safety meetings
• Liaise with insurance carriers and loss control personnel
• Ensure contractor and worker safety with PPE and training
