Job summary

Clayton is seeking an EHS Manager to oversee environmental, health, and safety functions at the Haleyville, AL facility. You will implement training programs to ensure a safe workplace and compliance with EPA/OSHA standards, coordinating with STRATA and the Home Office EHS Director.

Responsibilities include leading ISO activities, managing incident investigations, and driving wellness initiatives while maintaining OSHA logs and return-to-work programs.

Qualifications

• EPA and OSHA regulations familiarity.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain environmental compliance recordkeeping and reporting.
• Lead ISO certification and EHS committee activities.
• Administer workers’ compensation program and injury reporting.
• Coordinate with home office EHS Director on safety metrics and audits.
• Conduct safety meetings, facility inspections, and hazard analyses.
