Job summary

Clayton Manufacturing, part of Clayton Home Building Group, seeks an Environmental Health & Safety Coordinator to support ISO 14001 environmental programs across our facilities. The role collaborates with the EHS Manager to implement safety and sustainability initiatives, manage training, and conduct audits.

You will perform incident investigations, hazard identifications, and data reporting while promoting a compliant, safe workplace and continuous improvement culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• AS degree in health & safety or environmental preferred.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer plant environmental procedures and ISO 14001 documentation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with local, state and federal laws.
• Develop and implement projects to achieve sustainability objectives.
• Lead ISO 14001 program and assist in training and audits.
• Support EHS Manager with incident investigations and safety training.
• Participate in internal and third-party audits.
