Qualifications

• Previous line cook or food preparation experience preferred.
• Culinary school education or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques, knife skills, and kitchen equipment.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to preparing high-quality food.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Handler or Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Join The Grove Kitchen & Bar team as a Line Cook and work with experienced chefs in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Prepare high-quality dishes and support the line with consistent execution.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
