Baker's Cay Resort Key Largo, part of Davidson Hospitality Group, is hiring a Line Cook to join a luxury oceanfront property in the Florida Keys. You’ll prepare and plate dishes, collaborate with the culinary team on menus, and ensure top-quality food and sanitation standards in a fast-paced kitchen.

Ideal candidates have line cook experience, solid culinary knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous Line Cook experience or similar role.
• Knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs.
