Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality's South Seas Resort in Captiva Island, Florida, is seeking a dedicated cook to join our kitchen team. You will prepare and cook menu items to order, follow standardized recipes, and help maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

Responsibilities include stocking ingredients, ensuring sanitation, and assisting other crew members during busy periods. Requires at least 1 year of cooking experience and a valid Food Handlers Certification; weekend

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year cooking experience, former line cook/fry cook with food service preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, motor vehicle background check will be completed.
• Food Handlers Certification (must comply with State regulations).

Responsibilities

• Read and follow recipes, understand units of measurement.
• Prepare and cook food items to order.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment and stock ingredients.
