Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Instructional Systems Design or Adult Education with at least five years of applied ISD experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with at least eight years of applied ISD experience.

Responsibilities

• ADDIE application and guidance.
• Training Needs Analysis (TNA) with client personnel.
• New content development for web-based and ILT formats.
• Curriculum maintenance and updates from policy changes or DoD DS3.
• Design documentation including outlines, media treatments, and specifications.
• Quality assurance and implementation including beta testing.
• Assessments and evaluation to measure learning outcomes.
