Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking an ISC Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations within the Integrated Supply Chain. You will ensure safe, efficient production, oversee cross-functional collaboration, and drive continuous improvement to meet output and quality goals.

Candidate should have 2–4 years in production supervision, knowledge of quality and safety standards, and experience with production management tools. A BA/BS in engineering or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in supervising production or manufacturing operations within a supply chain or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in using production management tools and systems to monitor workflow and performance.
• Ability to analyze production data and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance with company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and reduce waste.
• Manage and develop production team members to enhance performance and engagement.
• Collaborate with supply chain, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve production issues promptly.
