Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace US LLC in Lansdale, PA, seeks a Sr ISC Production Supervisor to lead the integrated supply chain production operations onsite. You will supervise production teams, coordinate schedules, and drive continuous improvement to meet quality and productivity targets.

You will report to Site Leadership from the Lansdale location, with responsibility for operational efficiency and output quality of the production line, contributing to the business’s growth and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Experience in production supervision within integrated supply chain environments.
• Ability to analyze performance data to drive process improvements.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control standards.
• Knowledge of RF electrical testing theory and equipment for aerospace microelectronics.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet goals and deadlines.
• Lead and develop production team members; foster a positive work environment.
• Use performance metrics to drive efficiency and address deficiencies.
• Conduct bi-annual performance reviews.
• Implement lean and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory standards are followed.
• Collaborate with supply chain, quality assurance, and maintenance to ensure smooth production flow.
