Honeywell Aerospace is seeking an ISC Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations at our North Carolina site. You will lead a team of production workers, develop schedules to meet customer demands, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety and quality standards.

You will collaborate with procurement, logistics, and quality assurance to ensure on-time delivery and optimal efficiency. A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and strong leadership are preferred.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in production supervision or a related field.
• Experience in managing production teams and processes.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage the day to day production operations within the ISC department.
• Lead a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demands and production targets.
• Monitor production processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including procurement, logistics, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of products.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identify opportunities for cost reduction, and implement best practices to optimize production processes.
