Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking an ISC Operations Manager to optimize end-to-end supply chain processes and drive operational excellence across manufacturing teams. The role reports to the Senior Plant Director and is based on-site at the Freeport, IL location.

You will lead site operations, establish KPIs, and drive Lean and continuous improvement to meet safety, quality, and delivery objectives while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of people leadership experience managing supervisors and/or cross functional teams in production, engineering, logistics or supply chain
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations
• Must be a US Person due to export compliance restrictions
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with experience providing guidance and coaching to direct and/or indirect reports
• Strong strategic leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and other relevant software to manage supply chain functions effectively
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and success in improving productivity and customer delivery metrics
• Continuous improvement mindset and a passion for driving change
• Demonstrated knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence methodologies
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment

Responsibilities

• Site Operations Leadership - Lead production teams across multiple departments and shifts to ensure achievement of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity, and Cost objectives.
• Drive operational rigor and team accountability through Daily Management Operating System (MOS) processes and tiered accountability.
• Ensure production plans are executed to meet customer requirements and revenue commitments.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the integrated supply chain.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to uphold established quality standards and drive yield improvements
