Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Production Supervisor at the Minneapolis, MN facility. You will oversee a team of production operators, drive productivity, ensure safety and quality, and coach employees to achieve business goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will report to the Sr ISC Operations Manager and contribute to continuous improvement across the AERO business group, leveraging experience to optimize workflows and partner with cross-functional teams to meet customer

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years in Manufacturing/Supply Chain/Operations/Logistics.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience leading in a union environment is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot processes and equipment.
• Clear and direct communication.
• Willingness to lead and train others in manufacturing processes.
