Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking an ISC Operations Manager at the Freeport, IL site. You will lead production teams across multiple departments, drive daily management operating system processes, and ensure plans meet customer and revenue commitments.

The role emphasizes lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and collaboration with engineering and quality teams to improve yield and productivity. You will report to the Senior Plant Director and work on-site in Freeport, IL.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of people leadership experience in production, engineering, logistics or supply chain.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
• Familiarity with ERP systems to manage supply chain functions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead production teams across departments and shifts to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity and Cost objectives.
• Drive operational rigor through MOS processes and tiered accountability.
• Ensure production plans meet customer requirements and revenue commitments.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for the integrated supply chain.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to uphold quality standards and drive yield improvements.
