Job summary
Honeywell International Inc. is seeking a Sr ISC Production Supervisor to lead production operations within the Integrated Supply Chain at the Palmetto, FL site, ensuring efficient, high‑quality manufacturing and coordinating with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement and meet production goals.
You will report to the Operations Manager and work 100% onsite on a weekend/day schedule: 8‑hour days Friday and Monday, and 12‑hour days Saturday and Sunday, enabling safe, productive
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production supervision within integrated supply chain or manufacturing environments.
- Proficient knowledge of production management systems and quality control methodologies.
- Strong skills in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.
- Implement and monitor safety, quality, and compliance standards within the production area.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts to optimize production processes, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
- Collaborate with supply chain, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve production issues and improve operational performance.
- Manage and develop production team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
