Job summary

Clean Harbors in Location is seeking an IS Project Supervisor to plan, lead, organize and coordinate the daily operations of the service line crew at the job site in New Jersey.

You will ensure proper operation of equipment, drive operational efficiencies, and complete documentation in a timely fashion while upholding health and safety as the top priority. The role involves leading technicians and coordinating with clients and management to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Environmental field service operations experience.
• Ability to travel overnight up to 2-4 nights per month.
• Ability to be on-call for emergency response situations.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate equipment.
• Strong interface with clients and management.
• Ability to manage and review all job-related documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Read work orders, ensure equipment is available and operational before jobs.
• Inspect equipment and work area prior to starting jobs.
• Train technicians in equipment operation and service line processes.
• Complete and submit service paperwork to management.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure HPC safety policies are followed.
• Meet deadlines and optimize resources for job completion.
