Job summary

The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is seeking an Information Services Operations Coordinator in the School of Medicine Office of the Dean Information Services. The role provides operational and administrative support across procurement, HR, and portfolio operations to ensure accurate records and timely processes.

Hybrid work is available with three on-campus days per week and additional in-person meetings as needed, reporting to the Portfolio Management and Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1 year of relevant operational or administrative experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to maintain trackers and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement, fiscal, and agreement activities, including budgets and invoicing.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations, including interview scheduling and correspondence.
• Maintain portfolio and department operations data, trackers, and reports.
• Provide admin support to IT leaders and manage office space, mail, and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with policies and maintain governance documentation.
