Job summary

Find Great People | FGP is partnering with a growing global manufacturing organization to hire an IT Specialist who will serve as the primary IT contact for a Tennessee facility and support additional U.S. locations.

This on-site role works closely with a global Service Desk team, including colleagues based in Europe. As the principal IT contact at the Tennessee site, you will provide Tier 1 support for hardware, software, and network issues, manage ERP user administration, and help maintain

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT support experience.
• Experience supporting both office and manufacturing environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Basic networking and IT concepts; ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and willingness to travel within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting skills with:
• Windows operating systems
• Printers, barcode scanners, and peripheral devices
• Basic networking
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Eagerness to learn and take ownership of local IT operations.
• Ability to travel occasionally within the U.S.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and occasional after-hours/weekend support.
