Job summary

ABB in Mount Juliet, TN seeks an IS End User Support specialist to drive hardware/software troubleshooting, imaging, and user setup for manufacturing environments. You’ll support PCs, printers, and peripheral devices, and work with network teams to deploy IS solutions.

On-site role with occasional travel for Lancaster, TX support. Requirements include a BS in Engineering or related field, 3+ years in enterprise End User support, and experience with Office 365, Windows 11, and labelling software.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field; Automation, Electronics, or IT background a plus.
3+ years enterprise End User support; proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Windows 11 support.
Solid networking, server infra knowledge; programming or scripting in IT environment.
Experience with manufacturing processes and factory IT; familiarity with label printing software.

Responsibilities

Manage PC Lifecycle Support: hardware/software break-fix, imaging, inventory, end-user setup, EOL returns, peripheral installs.
Configure and manage MFPs and printers (Xerox, Sharp, Zebra, HP).
Provide off-hours and on-call support; maintain manufacturing continuity.
Collaborate with Network Team to deploy IS solutions; ensure on-time delivery within budget.
Lead temporary teams and share expertise; lift/light installation of network equipment; travel as needed.
