Job summary

Sky Ranches Inc is seeking an IS Analyst II to implement, support, and maintain end-user computer systems across multiple sites. This role backs the Director of IS and Analytics and is familiar with Windows, macOS, Office 365, and network infrastructure.

You will handle tickets, manage Entra/M365, and coordinate with security providers, vendors, and projects. Some after-hours work is required; summer shifts are possible to ensure 7-day coverage.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer technology is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of work experience in Information Technology.
• Cloud experience and understanding of the Entra environment is necessary.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft OS is required.

Responsibilities

• Support Windows and Apple workstations, printers, peripherals, and other communication systems, including hardware/software and networking issues.
• Respond to help requests and tickets promptly; keep users informed during troubleshooting.
• Maintain Sky Ranch LAN across six sites and Point to Point network across five sites.
• Manage O365, Teams (including Phones), SharePoint file stores and admin of users via Microsoft Entra.
• Coordinate with Managed Security Provider to manage security posture and firewall.
• Lead networking projects and streamline support processes.
• Be available outside of standard hours on rotation; adjust 5-day schedule during summer.
