Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions.
• Serve as liaison between business units and service providers for alignment.
• Coordinate incident resolution across multiple third-party vendors.
• Translate complex technical concepts clearly to leadership and teams.
• Support cross-functional and cross-regional initiatives.
• Drive agile delivery from requirements through implementation.
• Lead requirements gathering via workshops and interviews.
• Develop BRDs, use cases, and system designs.
• Perform gap analyses to identify inefficiencies.
• Work with Solution Architects on technology roadmaps.
• Collaborate with operations to root-cause recurring issues.
• Ensure clear understanding between business and development teams.
• Define solutions balancing usability, scalability, performance.
• Manage vendor relationships: selection, contracts, costs.
• Lead multiple initiatives with cross-functional dependencies.
