The ideal candidate has 5+ years of IS/IT experience, strong vendor management, and experience interfacing with external systems. Occasional travel and AWS/Salesforce familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 5+ years overall IS/IT experience with at least 5+ years application development experience.
• 5+ years experience in working with third party vendors.
• Working knowledge of interface with external systems.
• Interface with mainframe system experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis across business processes, technology, cost structures, and strategy to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to deliver effective and scalable system solutions.
• Serve as a liaison between business units and service providers, ensuring alignment and successful execution.
• Lead resolution of system incidents by coordinating across multiple third-party vendors.
• Translate complex technical concepts clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams.
