Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and define technology solutions.
• Act as liaison between business teams, developers, vendors, and service providers.
• Lead requirements workshops and stakeholder meetings.
• Analyze processes for improvement, automation, and cost reductions.
• Document requirements, use cases, flows, and testing plans.
• Lead root-cause analysis for failures and incidents.
• Collaborate with architects to define technical solutions and tradeoffs.
• Manage vendor relationships including selection and performance reviews.
• Support SAP S/4HANA initiatives and integrations.
• Develop regional technology roadmaps to reduce redundancy and cost.
• Facilitate application testing to meet business needs.
• Mentor other analysts and improve team performance.
• Drive multiple initiatives across regional and global functions.
