Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 1-2 years of related experience at a professional level.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with CCS PMO, Aftersales, NTC-NA Eng and others to align and lead connected service projects.
• Maintain project schedules and capture clear requirements from all stakeholders for new service development.
• Track adoption timing and budget for change requests.
• Assist new project intake through coordination with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Lead software development project responsibilities, including scope clarification and timing management.
• Support change request process to ensure timely supplier quotes.
• Provide analysis to vehicle program teams and perform related duties as needed.
