Qualifications

• 10+ years of IS/IT experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently research and learn new technologies.
• At least one of: cloud (AWS), Java/J2EE, system integration, or data platforms.
• Ability to work onsite at Franklin, TN.

Responsibilities

• Provide cross-functional solution architecture for Sales Planning & Operations.
• Coordinate architecture across Vehicle Operations, Distribution & Sales, Fleet, Incentives, and Pricing.
• Drive technology proposals and evaluate options for initiatives and roadmaps.
• Support Architecture Review Board approvals for new initiatives.
• Research emerging technologies (incl. AI) and assess applicability.
• Collaborate with development teams to refine architecture and remove roadblocks.
• Advise leadership on technology strategy and modernization efforts.
• Lead proof-of-concepts and pilot initiatives for new capabilities.
• Contribute to sizing and effort estimation; maintain the roadmap.
