Qualifications

• In-office role based in Irvine, CA, commuting distance required.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a call-center or similar environment.
• Experience on commission-based compensation structures.
• CRM experience required to manage client interactions and documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work evenings and/or weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to assess finances and determine debt settlement viability.
• Handle inbound calls and proactively reach out to leads provided by the company.
• Educate clients on debt settlement processes, risks, and benefits.
• Explain debt settlement terms, including monthly payments and timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM to ensure accountability.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and company policies.
• Stay informed about changes in debt settlement and market conditions.
