Americor, Inc. in Irvine, CA is looking for driven Financial Consultants to be the first point of contact for clients seeking debt settlement options. You will assess finances, explain processes, and help clients choose solutions that can improve their financial outlook.

This 100% in-office role requires strong sales skills, CRM experience, and the ability to work evenings or weekends. Competitive compensation with uncapped commissions and extensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in a call center with a proven track record of success.
• Must have prior experience on a commission-based compensation structure.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a results-driven attitude.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience utilizing a CRM to manage customer interactions and maintain documentation.
• Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Word, email communication, multitasking, and internet navigation.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Skilled in managing inquiries via phone, email, and chat with multitasking ability.
• Must be available to work evenings and/or weekends as required.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to assess their finances and determine if debt settlement is a viable option.
• Handle inbound calls while also proactively reaching out to leads provided by the company.
• Educate clients on the debt settlement process, including how it works, potential risks, and benefits.
• Outline debt settlement terms & conditions, including monthly payments and the timeline for resolution.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and agreements within the company's CRM system to ensure accountability and follow-through.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
• Ensure adherence to all state and federal laws, as well as company policies related to debt settlement.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in the debt settlement industry, including legal updates and market conditions, to provide informed advice to clients.

Requirements

• This is a 100% in-office position based in Irvine, CA. Candidates must live within commuting distance of our Irvine office and be able to reliably commute to the office daily. Remote or hybrid work is not available.
• 2+ years of sales experience in a call center with a proven track record of success.
• Must have prior experience working on a commission based compensation structure, and be comfortable with performance-based earnings tied to individual sales results.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a results-driven attitude.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience utilizing a CRM to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate documentation.
• Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Word, email communication, managing customer inquiries, multitasking, and internet navigation.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Skilled in managing customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, with a demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients, handle objections confidently, and guide them toward informed financial decisions.
• Must be available to work evenings and/or weekends as required.

Solid performers can earn between $120,000 and $260,000 annually!
