Job summary

Americor, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic Financial Consultant to join our high-performing sales team. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking financial solutions, applying your sales expertise to help them get back on track.

Responsibilities include consulting with clients, handling inbound and outbound outreach, educating on debt settlement, and maintaining CRM records to ensure accountability. A strong drive to meet targets is essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years in sales, preferably in a call center.
Proven ability to manage customer interactions with documentation.
Strong written and verbal communication to explain financial concepts.

Responsibilities

Consult with clients to assess finances and determine debt settlement viability.
Handle inbound calls and proactively reach out to leads.
Educate clients on debt settlement process, risks, and benefits.
Outline terms, monthly payments, and resolution timeline.
Maintain accurate CRM records for accountability and follow-through.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and metrics.
