You’ll handle 20–25 warm prospects daily, enjoy uncapped commissions, and receive world-class sales training in a performance-driven environment. A guaranteed monthly draw is provided with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a high-volume, high-rejection sales environment.
• Resilience to keep momentum after a 'no'.
• Coachability and script discipline.
• Competitiveness with performance metrics.
• Bilingual Spanish is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Take high-volume outbound calls from prepared campaigns.
• Open strong and create interest fast on every call.
• Qualify consumers for debt relief and close or set firm callbacks.
• Follow scripting and compliance requirements on every call.
• Disposition records accurately in the CRM for clean campaigns.
• Hit daily dial and talk-time standards.
