Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a Southern California-based financial institution to hire a Branch Sales Manager in Irvine, CA. The role reports to branch leadership and focuses on sales growth, service excellence, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has a background in banking, at least 5-7 years of progressive experience, and is bilingual in Chinese. This position offers direct hire with a salary range of $95,000 to $110,000 per year and benefits including 401(k) and paid

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience.
• Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
• Knowledge of banking products and services.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (proficient with MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all branch operations to ensure customer service and compliance.
• Drive branch performance by achieving deposits, loans, fees, and profitability goals.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to attract new consumer and commercial banking relationships.
• Build and coach a high-performing team focused on sales, service, and operational effectiveness.
• Manage and deepen relationships with retail customers, small businesses, and commercial clients through proactive outreach and financial solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, policies, procedures, and risk management standards.
• Oversee branch staffing, scheduling, performance management, recruiting, training, and employee development.
• Monitor branch financial results and implement action plans to meet or exceed key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with commercial lenders, treasury management, mortgage, wealth management, and other business partners to deliver comprehensive banking solutions.
• Resolve complex customer issues and escalations while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Foster community involvement and represent the bank at networking events, business associations, and community organizations.
• Safeguard branch assets and ensure adherence to cash management, audit, and security procedures.
