Citi in Irvine, CA is seeking an entry-level Personal Banker to support sales, service, and product activities while working with the customer service team.

The role aims to build customer loyalty and grow the book of business through cross-selling, coaching staff, and delivering a remarkable client experience. Bilingual Mandarin is preferred.

Candidates should have 0-2 years' relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, and NMLS/Safe Act readiness; on-site duties at the branch.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Banking, retail, or sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of Smart Banking tools and technologies
• NMLS registration; Safe Act compliant

Responsabilités

• Work with loan requests under $250K, refer larger lending opportunities
• Build referral opportunities through Centers of Influence (COIs) and the MGM program
• Assist strategies to grow the small business client and implement sales plans
• Deliver client services/outbound and inbound calls to acquire and deepen relationships
• Provide tellers and branch staff with coaching on products and programs
• Educate clients on service channels and cross-sell opportunities
• Adhere to Citi policies, standards and risk controls
