Job summary

Alianza seeks an experienced Irrigation Manager to lead and oversee irrigation operations serving the Longs, SC and Wilmington, NC markets. This hands-on leadership role manages technicians, oversees projects, develops estimates and proposals, maintains client relationships, and ensures work is completed safely and to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in irrigation management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, controllers, valves, and water distribution.
• Experience with estimates, bids, and take-offs.
• Supervising and developing field crews.
• Ability to manage multiple crews and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, train, and develop irrigation technicians.
• Schedule and assign irrigation projects and service work.
• Prepare take-offs, proposals, bids, cost estimates, and project scopes.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Monitor project costs and profitability.
• Ensure safety and quality on job sites.
