Job summary

Earthtones Landscaping in Texas seeks an Irrigation Manager to lead irrigation operations across the territory, oversee Technicians and Crew Leaders, and ensure high-quality service and profitability.

You will drive repairs, audits, and system performance, mentor staff, and support client retention through proactive water management and clear communication with Account Managers. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong organization, and a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Texas Irrigator License
• 5+ years of commercial irrigation experience
• Strong knowledge of irrigation system troubleshooting, repairs, and diagnostics
• Experience leading teams or supervising field personnel
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily irrigation operations within the assigned territory
• Schedule and coordinate irrigation inspections, repairs, audits, and service requests
• Monitor workload distribution and technician productivity
• Ensure timely response to customer irrigation concerns and service requests
• Identify irrigation repair opportunities and system improvements
• Partner with Account Managers to communicate recommendations and solutions to clients
• Drive irrigation repair sales and revenue growth within the territory
• Monitor project profitability and job costing performance
• Conduct irrigation system audits and performance evaluations
• Promote safe operation of equipment and vehicles
