Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Irrigation Manager to lead and coordinate crews, manage resources, and ensure quality irrigation services for a commercial landscape portfolio.

The IM will train and develop team members, work with Account Managers on estimating and client meetings, and drive day-to-day scheduling and safety compliance across multiple service teams. This role also involves hands-on participation and supporting irrigation sales when needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years customer service, management, and leadership experience in an organization, the landscaping industry, or local marketplace, including 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Obtain and maintain certifications and licenses needed to perform work in the local market.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs via regular communication with the Account Manager(s).
• Manage all irrigation services, including coordination of materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Inspect properties before scheduled service to prepare a specific action plan.
• Monitor all aspects of the irrigation system and identify problems after installation and services.
• Perform hands-on work with crews to meet work and scheduling demands.
• Work with the Branch Manager to identify staffing needs and prepare daily crew schedules.
• Ensure proper paperwork for all employee changes and new hires.
