Job summary

PureGreen Land Group is seeking an experienced Irrigation Manager to lead our Irrigation Division in Longs, SC. You will oversee people, performance, client relationships, and project execution, while maintaining safety and PureGreen quality standards.

You will develop budgets, forecasts, and plans to increase sales, market share, and customer satisfaction, including proposing projects and managing resources across teams. Leadership and strategic growth are key.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in irrigation management, preferably in commercial landscapes.
• Strong knowledge of plant and turf types for commercial landscapes.
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the irrigation team and ensure qualified technicians are trained before working independently.
• Manage client relationships, develop proposals, cost estimates, schedules, and assign projects.
• Ensure safety procedures and standards are followed; oversee budgets, forecasts, and profitability.
