Job summary

Alianza seeks an experienced Landscape Installation Superintendent to oversee installation projects and guide field crews in Longs, SC. The role ensures safety, on-time completion, and quality aligned with company standards.

Ideal candidates bring landscape construction knowledge, irrigation expertise, and strong leadership. This position interfaces with field crews, management, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape installation or project supervision.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems, plant materials, and construction methods.
• Ability to read blueprints and project specifications.
• Experience managing multiple crews or projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for up to four landscape installation crews.
• Coordinate labor resources and crew assignments according to project schedules.
• Communicate project expectations and daily objectives to field personnel.
• Monitor progress to ensure work aligns with plans and timelines.
• Promote efficient use of labor, materials, equipment, and resources.
• Maintain safe, clean job sites and compliance with safety standards.
• Foster a positive, professional, and safety-focused work environment.
