Smith Turf & Irrigation LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Landscape Products Group (LPG). You will assist walk-in and call-in customers, enter orders, manage inventory, and coordinate deliveries.

You will become the go-to expert on irrigation, lighting and drainage, delivering prompt, professional service and helping customers find the right solutions. This role requires 2+ years in retail/wholesale and the ability to lift 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail or wholesale settings.
• Solid grasp of irrigation, landscape lighting and drainage applications preferred.
• Experience with inventory management systems and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to expert for all LPG products.
• Ensure every customer interaction is prompt, professional, and precise.
• Answer queries about irrigation, landscape lighting products, applications, and pricing.
• Process sales efficiently—enter orders, manage inventory, schedule deliveries or aid pickups.
• Establish and nurture clear communication with internal teams for timely product delivery.
• Collaborate with external sales reps to grow LPG and customer satisfaction.
• Keep the showroom and yard neat, organized, and welcoming.
