The role emphasizes teamwork, accurate data entry, and maintaining an organized showroom while handling inventory and deliveries to support store performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of retail or counter sales experience.
• Strong phone and face-to-face customer service skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and research parts or products online.
• Accurate data entry skills and experience using inventory management systems.
• Capable of lifting or moving inventory weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide product knowledge to customers on landscaping and turf care equipment lines.
• Ensure every customer interaction is prompt, professional, and precise.
• Answer customer queries regarding products, equipment, and applications.
• Handle sales processes from order entry to inventory management and deliveries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee timely product delivery.
• Collaborate with external sales representatives to grow LPG and TCE sectors.
• Keep the showroom and yard tidy, organized and welcoming.
