TIC_Craft in Mississippi seeks a Lead Construction Supervisor to manage daily crew activities and production aligned with project timelines, plans, specifications, codes and industry standards. You will train on safety and operational procedures and coordinate with other trades as needed.

Your role includes planning, supervising, reporting, and ensuring on-time completion within budget while maintaining high workmanship quality.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required, plus field experience.
Ability to plan, organize, and supervise crew safely and efficiently.
Strong communication with craft workers and management.
Familiarity with scheduling, materials, unit manhour tracking and job cost basics.

Responsabilités

Plan, coordinate and organize people, equipment, tools and materials to promote safe, efficient and timely construction.
Ensure construction equipment is correctly operated and maintained.
Maintain accurate reporting records including quantities, productivity, time sheets and daily reports.
May assist in developing weekly schedules and sequencing of activities for the crew.
Ensure timely completion of work within estimated costs while upholding quality workmanship.
Oversee safety and enforce company/government safety rules.
Lead toolbox talks and communicate plans, scope and schedules to crews.
Monitor compliance with company policies by all supervised employees.
