This role requires supervising diverse teams across restaurant, lounge, banquet, kitchen, and sanitation, while driving food quality and guest satisfaction.

You will train staff, manage scheduling, and maintain standards with hands-on leadership, supporting hotel operations during varied shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in full-service restaurants.
• Knowledge of beverage cost controls and sequence of service.
• Micros system experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
