Qualifications

• Masters degree in a research or science related field.
• Certified IRB Professional (CIP) required at time of hire.
• Five (5) years of experience working in an IRB office or as a reviewer of human subject research for regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provides operational leadership for the IRB office and oversees daily operations.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge on regulations related to human subjects protections.
• Develops training materials for IRB staff, Board members, and investigators.
• Guides investigators through the review process and communicates outcomes to stakeholders.
• Manages IRB meetings, prepares agendas, and documents decisions in meeting minutes.
