Job summary

Harris Health System, Inc. seeks a Program Manager-IRB to provide specialized administrative support and manage the IRB operations within the Research & Sponsored Programs Office.

You will ensure compliance with institutional policies and federal regulations while assisting the IRB Chair and members. The role requires a Bachelor's degree plus CIP certification, with at least five years of IRB experience; a Master's is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, scientific discipline/life sciences or relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Certified IRB Professional (CIP) required or within two years of hire.
• Five years of direct IRB experience or related to human subjects' protection administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized administrative support and regulatory compliance review for the IRB.
• Manage daily IRB operations and assist the Administrative Director, Research & Sponsored Programs.
• Support the IRB Chairperson and members with analytical and technical assistance; interact with researchers.
