Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, scientific discipline/life sciences or relevant field (Master’s Degree Preferred), CIP certification required or within two years of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred and CIP certification strongly considered.
• Experience with human subjects protection, research compliance, or IRB operations strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the Institutional Review Board (IRB) and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support the IRB Chair and members with analytical and technical assistance.
• Interact with researchers to facilitate submissions and ensure adherence to policies and guidelines.
• Contribute to achieving strategic and operational objectives for the IRB program.
