Job summary

Florida State University seeks an Institutional Review Board Administrator (Remote eligible) to support IRB operations within the Office of Human Subjects Protection. You will interpret regulatory requirements for IRB members and researchers, assist with submission materials and the RAMP IRB system, and perform pre- and post-review activities to ensure compliance.

The role includes PACM audits, trend reporting, and developing guidance materials to help staff and investigators uphold ethical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with two years of human subjects protection experience.
• CIP eligibility within three years of hire.
• Alternative: high school diploma/equivalent with three additional years of related experience and business course certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide IRB information to IRB members, researchers, and staff by interpreting regulatory requirements.
• Assist with completion of human research submission materials and use of the RAMP IRB system.
• Conduct pre- and post-review of submissions and document all findings and outcomes.
• Coordinate PACM audits and train researchers as necessary; report trends and patterns.
