Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a core engineering field from an accredited university or equivalent work experience of 5 years or more.
• Minimum of 2 years working with the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) Home Energy Rebate funding.
• Current relationship with States administrating the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) Home Energy Rebate funding programs.
• Certifications to operate within the IRA DOE Rebate requirements: ASHRAE Building Energy Assessment Professional; Certified Energy Auditor; Certified Energy Manager; Building Analyst Professional; etc.

Responsibilities

• Leads cross-functional teams in the development of multiple components of the bundled sale.
• Maximize vertical market offerings by applying emerging requirements, strategies, technologies, and advancements.
• Identify and document new approaches, market strategies, growth opportunities, and best practices for the team.
• Serve as an information resource for national and regional teams applying strategies that create savings, revenue, and funding opportunities.
• Provide subject matter expertise to help teams identify strategic approaches, secure business, and establish entry points with target customers.
• Develop projects from Qualify to Present, including HUD submissions, IRA applications, presentations, and approvals.
• Ensure that all projects are compliant with local codes, regulations and statutes.
• When required assist in contract review, contract modifications, and maintaining department records.
