Job summary

PACK Power, LLC seeks an Apprenticeship & IRA Compliance Specialist to oversee company-wide IRA apprenticeship compliance, documentation, reporting, and third‑party coordination. This on-site role reports to leadership in Fargo, ND and collaborates with field operations, HR, and safety teams to ensure accurate payroll and program alignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in construction workforce development or apprenticeship administration.
• Experience with apprenticeship programs and/or certified payroll preferred.
• Familiarity with DoL Registered Apprenticeship standards preferred.
• Knowledge of Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) and Prevailing Wage Apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of PACK Power’s Apprenticeship Program.
• Develop and improve IRA and apprenticeship programs for compliance.
• Coordinate with state/federal agencies to meet standards.
• Maintain documentation, payroll reports, and audits.
• Prepare reports on apprenticeship status and workforce readiness.
• Collaborate with HR, Safety, and Operations on training alignment.
